Observation

WAC 110-300-0165(2)(d): several black plastic garage bags observed in the indoor and outdoor licensed space accessible to children, will need to be removed, made inaccessible to prevent suffocation hazard. WAC 110-300-0165(3)(a): Blackberry sticker bushes with thorns hanging out of the backyard will need to be cut down and/or made inaccessible to children. Piled of broken sticks/braches observed in a box accessible to children. WAC 110-300-0165(3)(f): Table located in emergency exit pathway leading to the backyard has large toys covering the whole table that are not secure or anchored, accessible to children, pose a risk on falling on a child through passing or child attempt to take down on their own. WAC 110-300-0165(4)(e): Water temp in the licensed bathroom, checked by licensor, came out to 124.9 degrees. Will need to be turned down to 120 or less.
